Comforts of tidy guest room with modern decor were fabulous. Central heating and a work desk were a very nice touch. The convenient location close to a bus station was just what I needed. I didn't want to leave and would book here again.

Botanic Rooms always satisfies me. Friendly staff helped my elderly parents. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, off-site car park, flat-screen TV. Adults only. Electric kettle. Pets allowed. No smoking on site. I'm returning for Christmas. Can't wait!
